ON-SITE COACHING VISIT
$500 + travel for churches under 300 average attendance
$750 + travel for churches under 1500 average attendance
$1250 + travel for churches over 1500 average attendance
COACHING CALLS
$200 for one-hour phone call
$100 minimum charge for 30 minutes or less. After 30 minutes rate is in 15 minute intervals.
